This score indicates how loyal customers are and how likely they are to recommend LookingforBooking Corporate Travel. LookingforBooking achieved an impressive score of +74. By comparison, the average NPS of Dutch hotel chains in 2024 was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multiscope.nl\/nieuws\/nieuwe-inzichten-in-de-hotelmarkt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">+47<\/a>, highlighting LookingforBooking\u2019s strong position in the market.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrative relief<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze klanten zijn zeer te spreken over onze \u2018administratieve ontzorging\u2019. Klanten ontvangen per afgesproken periode \u00e9\u00e9n gespecificeerde verzamelfactuur voor alle gemaakte zakelijke reiskosten van medewerkers. More and more clients are booking their business hotel stays themselves through LookingforBooking\u2019s company-specific booking portal. This fully customizable portal allows hotels worldwide to be easily compared by price and facilities. Thanks to real-time availability and pricing, the booking process is fast, clear, and simple.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Excellent customer service<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the high satisfaction with our booking portal, the survey also shows that customers particularly value our administrative support and customer service. LookingforBooking places great importance on customer satisfaction. Friendliness and helpfulness are key values for us, and we are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
